Can I access items not held at the Whitewater libraries?

Yes! Search for the item using this search box to see if the item is held in another UW System library. If you do find a record for it there, make a UW Request for it to be delivered to Andersen or Lenox library -- this is usually the fastest option for delivery:

  1. Sign in to your account using the link in the top right corner, if needed
  2. In the item’s detailed record, find the UW Request link and select that.
  3. Review the fields to be sure the pickup location is correct.
  4. Only if you are a distance or graduate student and would like us to mail the item to your home free of charge, enter your home address in the Comments field.
  5. Submit Request

If you don’t find a record for the item by using the search box above, we can still request it for you for free using Interlibrary Loan. Go to our Interlibrary Loan page to read more and make a request. This will deliver items from another library to Andersen or Lenox library. To make a request:

  1. Sign in to your Interlibrary Loan account
  2. Select the menu option on the left for New Request: Book
  3. Fill out at least the *required fields
  4. Only if you are a distance or graduate student and would like us to mail the item to your home free of charge, enter your home address in the Comments field.
  5. Submit Request
